Western Enterprises was established in January 1999, working from the residence and promoting a few international companies at that point of time. Within a short period we established our own office in Mumbai and gradually increased representation. Today after a span of 16 years we exclusively represent over two dozen companies of international repute supplying very high quality machinery, technology, tools and consumables for the jewellery manufacturing industry, in India. The Mumbai office occupies a floor space of 1500 sq ft. Besides this we have two additional premises as service centre and storage.

In order to sustain this growth we had to open branches in various strategic locations in India viz Jaipur, Thrissur and Kolkatta, to effectively cater to the needs of all our customers spread throughout the country. Our associated company Global Services was also established in the year 2000 and mainly takes care of services related matters.

Our Expansion Activities

Realizing the importance of being close to our customers for all assistance they need from time to time, we started our first Branch office at Jaipur in the year 2001 and the customer centric services rendered by the branch has resulted in achieving our market size many time more than the combined strength of all our competitors put together.

Today we have our own building occupying a floor space of almost 2400 sq ft.

This experience and growth in Jaipur prompted us to establish a second branch office, in the year 2011, in Thrissur (Kerala). The latest in our efforts to expand our presence in the East, has resulted in the opening of our third branch office in Kolkata (West Bengal), in the year 2015.

Our Philosophy

Our Sales Policy and philosophy is to impart complete transparent and updated product information to all our customers and to offer them the best technology presently available internationally. For this reason, our marketing team is sent overseas for most of the important jewellery exhibitions and training periodically, at various Principals companies. In this way we ensure our customers get the optimum advantage using our products and experience.

We are proud that our marketing team, each having several years of experience in this field and sound technical knowledge, with hands on experience, work in a customer centric manner. Our marketing efforts are backed up by a strong team of dedicated, well trained engineers, who are also sent overseas on training courses to different Principals manufacturing units for training on service related matters. Our Service team provides timely and efficient service to all our customers as and when the need arises, in addition to regular preventive maintenance.

Stressing the importance of regular contact with our customers, our Principals and their Engineers visit our customers at regular intervals to assist them on technical related issues and to update their knowledge of latest developments in the Jewellery manufacturing sector world over. This we also achieve by having seminars and workshops from time to time, throughout the country.

We participate in all major jewellery exhibitions throughout India, to bring to the door steps of our customers, the latest innovations in machinery and technology. Our Principals also support us in these exhibitions, by their presence.
